Terms of Service

BetterDeals.bid is a timed purchase participation platform. By using the platform you agree to participate in good faith and accept that all seat and bid purchases are final and non-refundable.

Each auction is governed by its own published seat price, seat limit, bid price, and timer rules. The participant who places the last valid bid before the timer expires secures the right to purchase the product at the final displayed price.

Accounts must be held by individuals 18 years or older. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse, automate, or otherwise violate the spirit of the platform.
